Is there any improvement that they forward the money (and how much) to the announced charity organizations less than an “anonym sl-avatar” says it on a “privacy (no whois) website”?

If you feel you have been fraudulently misled, send a message to http://www.ic3.gov/contact/default.aspx.
This agency is a joint effort by the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
It is an easy to use reporting system that alerts authorities of criminal or civil violations.
