Well as you all know Amaretto has come out with some new rules for all their groups and their forums. The post along with the rules can be found here http://amarettobreedables.com/connection/?p=189 . Please pay close attention to this quote from the blog post.

 “With that being said, Amaretto has pride in it’s company and will no longer allow our groups and forums to become a breeding ground for downing, trash talking, or plain out slandering of Amaretto, the individuals who work for Amaretto or Amaretto customers. Constructive criticism is ALWAYS accepted when offered with concern or care but, a line has to be drawn somewhere. If anyone is found in the groups, forums, or support system, trashing talking Amaretto as a company, the individuals that work for Amaretto, or Amaretto customers, it will not be tolerated. The person/persons found to be doing these such actions can and will get their rights to all groups, forums, and the ticket support system revoked, as we deem necessary to stop the issues. “

  Apparently Josaphine, the owner of Amaretto can not comprehend these rules. Josaphine has decided to not only allow a member of the community to post two separate post in the forum “trash talking” and “plain out slandering” (BTW its called libel) another member of the community, but in her infinite wisdom she also decided to make two post of her own then lock the thread. Now through out the day there was at the least three post from other members deleted from this forum thread and although we don’t believe in censorship, it is Amaretto forums and they feel that negative postings against them will not be tolerated and will be deleted. However should a person make a negative post against another member of the community, then that is acceptable and will remain.

 This is quite the pathetic turn of events from a person that is nominated for Avatar of the year. Wouldn’t be wise to just make no comment at all and remove the post of the person that is trash talking another member of the community? Should they not have their chat rights as well as their support rights removed. No we guess not. Seems as though you actually condone what this person has said and by leaving the post remaining on the forums as well as locking the thread, it only goes to prove that you live by only one rule.

Do as we say, not as we do.

 Below is the screen shot of the entire thread. Maybe after reading this Amaretto will do the right thing and remove the whole thing.

    Well hello!
    Thanks for posting this Amaretto Cheats. I also had a post in this thread that was deleted… before your screenshot was taken. I simply said I no longer posted in there because I did not appreciate my post being deleted. Then I thanked the thoughtful customer for posting the nice picture of the truck and following me and the other awesome Amaretto customer in the forum. We must have fans. *blushes*

    Unfortunately, I did not have enough sense to take a screenshot myself… but fool me once shame on me.. you know how it goes.

    I must say though, I posted a question in the Questions thread of the amaretto forum and when I logged in this morning Ms Cooperstone had deleted the post of this other two individuals and locked the topic out.

    I thought wow I can’t believe it… but then I saw this blog post on Amaretto Cheats 🙂 So this may have been why it’s gone. So thanks to you and thanks to Ms Cooperstone for almost always eventually after pulling teeth trying to do the right thing *GRINS HARD*

    Ok, I am not trying to derail the topic exactly, but I need a good vent. Would that be ok? I realize that there are far more important issues at stake than good English, but, I ask you, if you’re so proud of your company why on earth wouldn’t you be sure that anything you posted publically is professional, authoritative, and well written?

    Case in point:

    Where did this person go to school? In a one room barn? You don’t start a sentence with “With”. “It’s” means “it is”… Amaretto is proud of ITS company, not it’s. “Trash talking” is not a proper phrase. It’s slang. “Plain out slandering” – 1. it doesn’t mean anything (plain out? what IS that?) and 2. slander is spoken, libel is in writing. She means libel and has no idea what the terms libel and slander are. She then ends this travesty of communication by saying this “won’t be tolerated” even though she doesn’t make it clear what type of complaint she’s talking about in the first place. ANY kind of complaint? Anything except “Amaretto is wonderful and the horses are perfect”? And what are “these such actions”? LOL
    This is all very amusing right up to the end, where she tells us that if anyone criticizes Amaretto, their use of the horses (that they HAVE PAID FOR)will be revoked. Considering the number of tickets that we all have to file, that’s tatamount to losing your horses, in the long run. Privately, she has been even more extreme with her threats.
    These are the people who scammed SL residents for years prior to launching their horse “company”. They are currently offering a damaged product, changed completely from the original one we all paid for; their decisions are arbitrary and capricious, both in matters of the horses and matters of customer relations. They continued to sell a damaged product in starter/breeder/rancher packs during the entire time the horses would not pair. The standards that they have indicated they will follow with regard to customers not criticizing Amaretto reps, Amaretto horses and other Amaretto breeders are standards they have already failed to meet, themselves. They criticize their customers, mute, eject and demean them. They refuse to answer IMs, they refuse (or don’t have the maturity) to give reasons for their actions, to the very people who keep them in business. Their excuse for these actions is “because we can”. I usually feel like I’m reading a 15 year old’s words when they deign to speak. Except Richie – he’s more like a 9 year old.
    The backlash is not going to be pleasant. It will come, whether they believe it or not. No company stays in business by abusing their customers. I hope they’ve saved a lot of the money they’ve been making.

      @Cailey Do you think anyone corrects the majestic Miss Cooperstone? You want to try? I really think she should pose in a military or police uniform when she demands blind obedience to Her authority. Studies show double the blind obedience rate if she does.
      I bet all the ass kissers would buy one if she sold it.

        LOL I never was one for obedience, never mind blind.

        People have to earn my respect to keep it. I’ll show respect to anyone initially, but if they lose it they have to earn it back.

        I initially showed Amaretto and all its reps the utmost respect, even when things began to look dubious (like, in the second week of release). Now I wouldn’t let any of them walk my dog. With gloves on.

        If Amaretto cleaned up its act today and never committed another act of fraud, intimidation, blackmail (or whatever you wish to call removing customers ability to use their horses as punishment for critisizing them, or even threatening to do so)I might have respect for them again in 2080. But then again, probably not.

    I appreciate that this thread you posted is a clear demonstration of the toxic mentality characteristic of Josaphine Cooperstone. There’s no need to make claims or tell stories. The way she dealt with the thread speaks for itself.

    Her mentality is the number one reason why Amaretto experiences a significant negative backlash from its customer base. Some people lose sight of this fact and focus too much on those who give the negative feedback but in reality if you think about it, we don’t like being treated like shit. It’s that simple. Some people take it and others don’t.

    well i try to ask some constructive quistions and the own pittbul of mrs cooperstone Ritchie banned me lol from chat group it seems he has more things that cant see the daylight but when peopple start to ask quistions they seem all have to hide some thing and only way the can give answers is to bann peopple to make the keep mouth clsed and get others on the barricades to get answers.
    every honnest company would be happy when there asked constructive quistions or quistions that concerned breeders ask
    i enjoyed my horse much but not enough to let my lipps glued with horse glue togheter so i cant ask quistions.
    many breeders now me and can say helped lot of people and with sad heart i delete all my horses but if thats the only way it can eb done i must say amaretto you would really suit in the old ussr in time of stalin they made peopple shut up too
    i sended all owners with a invitation to respond on the note card i sended them but like always they didnt here below i will post that note again:
    dear amaretto owner
    i realaly mistake in you and deeply disapointed.
    any other company can take critics only youre csr seem to have at only options to bann peopple from chat that ask openly quistions , we youre custumers made amaretto big amd not youre csr that only can yell or bann peopple
    you leave me no further option than let whole sl know what kind of csr you have when you not knick head in agreement you get kicked
    i have got many respond from fellow breeders but they affraid to speak openly affraid peopple like ritchie kick them or make sure the followers make their life a living hell .
    i will open a group and a blog for them where they can speak freely till those pratices now in group are ended
    and it isnt real professionall not even to respond on letters
    but i talk to a breeder he say me things that make me horrified abouth a certain csr of youre company he sended me a conversation between them and told me i can use it.
    i always enjoyed horses and tought amaeretto was a company with heart and soul for their custumers but it seems only for those who knick and agree it seems in kind respect and hoping to get a respond

    and when i done with arange the group and blog i let you know where it is so you can read what i write
